The Bright Method was curated with intention, and guided by a commitment to delivering the ideal workout routine.
Our class schedule is designed to give your body exactly what it needs—a balanced blend of strength and endurance training, with elements of Pilates thoughtfully integrated throughout the week.
As a whole, the Bright Method creates a rhythm of movement that feels just right. We lift heavy enough to build lean muscle, push ourselves to improve endurance, and flow through mat work to feel toned, aligned and restored.

Pilates inspired mat class. Mindful movement with a bright flow.
What should I expect?
Smoothly transition through sequences designed to strengthen your core, refine stability and connect breath to movement. Small, precise movements are layered with pulses, holds & strategic cardio bursts to create a bright & elevated flow.
Why Evolve?
What a time to be aligned. Our mat class workouts promote enhanced muscle tone, improved balance, increased flexibility, better posture, and a mind body connection that leaves us feeling aligned – physically, mentally & emotionally.
elevate
Interval training. Elevate your strength & conditioning.
What should I expect?
An up-tempo circuit workout. Rotate through stations that feature a well-rounded mix of strength + cardio exercises with a thoughtfully designed work to rest ratio.
Why Elevate?
To give our heart the love it deserves. Cardiovascular exercise strengthens the heart, increases blood circulation, improves cholesterol, supports cognitive function, burns calories, and provides a natural dose of endorphins to enhance our mental health.
ease
Intro level strength training class. For those looking to ease into a new workout routine.
What should I expect?
Simple, fundamental movements. You’ll perform strength exercises along with gentle cardio options tailored to your level.
Why Ease?
Everyone starts as a beginner. It can feel daunting to jump into something you’ve never done before, or haven’t done in a while. Ease is there to make that transition smooth & enjoyable. Ease workouts will allow you develop a strong foundation while learning proper form & technique.
play
A high energy movement class for kids in grades 3-6. Designed to build athleticism & confidence through play.
What should I expect?
Games, races, obstacle courses, and team challenges that keep kids moving and engaged. Along the way, kids will learn and practice foundational movements like squats, lunges, push-ups, and jumping mechanics.
Why Play?
Because that’s what kids do best. Creative, dynamic & FUN movement is the best way for kids to develop strength, athleticism, balance, coordination, body awareness, agility, and speed. Beyond the physical benefits, kids will be placed in situations that teach them how to lead, collaborate, and show up for their teammates. They’ll sweat, smile, compete, evolve & most importantly – they’ll gain confidence they can carry with them into sports, school, and everyday life.
