5 Minute Pancake Recipe

I created this pancake recipe a few years ago and it has been my go-to ever since. These pancakes are healthy, clean & so simple to make.
In a bowl combine:
1/2 cup oat flour (blend 1/2 cup of oats to create oat flour)
1 cup of flour (I usually use whole wheat, or half whole wheat/half white)
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk of choice (I use almond)
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp coconut oil
Pour batter onto hot griddle, flip when edges start to brown. Enjoy with toppings of your choice!
